CROWN, BASE, DOOR AND DECORATIVE MOLDING
A great way to add some architectural flare to a bland room is via
the application of crown and base molding. While the transition
between floor and wall receives much attention in the form of base
molding, the wall-ceiling transition is typically neglected.
Even a simple crown molding accompanied by a fresh
coat of paint can work wonders for the feel of an otherwise plain
room.
After working on floors in Manhattan for more than 20 years, Masterpiece
has developed a unique molding replication service for our clients
in pre-war buildings. Sometimes a client in a building of this type
wants to replace the floor, but keep the molding due the character
it adds to the room.

In situations like this, the craftsmen at Masterpiece can replicate
an existing molding in the customer's choice of material. |
